  • What forms of payment does Ivy House accept?
    Debit Card, Credit Card and Apple Pay
  • Do I need to setup an Ivy House account for my order?
    No. You can checkout as a guest.
  • When do preorders ship out?
    Preorders will begin shipping out on the release date.
  • What is your processing time?
    Processing time is separate from shipping time. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with the tracking number when your order has shipped.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to the US and Canada.
  • What are your shipping methods, services and rates?
    Please add processing time to the shipping time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be a delay in delivery times.
  • Do you offer local pick up?
    We do not offer local pick up at this time.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
  • What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
    If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
